Cyber Security Specialist – Offutt AFB, NE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the HBSS Analyst tasks and should possess at least 2 to 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience with/in HBSS engineering, deployment, and administration.

The Cyber Security Specialist tasks will individually possess familiarization with best practices in industry standards for Cyber Security and system accreditation or equivalent experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology security standards.

**Duties**

• Support to accomplish IT analytical, security, IA, and clerical functions including Cyber Security and Assessments planning
• Development and implementation of an overarching Wing-wide Cyberspace Enduring Compliance Paradigm Roadmap
• Developing of Wing cyber and IA policies and procedures
• Conducting and documenting compliance meetings to include setup, coordination, and tracking of minutes and action items

**Cyber Security Planning**

• Testing and analysis of all applicable STIGs
• Scheduling and implementation of all applicable STIGs; Monitoring and execution of the quarterly revalidation
• Monitoring emerging changes to the applicable STIGs outside of the quarterly schedules

**Cyber Security Paradigm Roadmapping**

• Operate the Application Computer Software STIG on all 557 WW sustained computer software baselines
• Development of necessary artifacts to meet STIG and AFLCMC Cyber Security requirements
• Engage with the computer software sustainer to assess the relevant baselines and compare to the STIG checklist to determine, prepare, and deliver accurate responses
• Document responses and produce and deliver an individual report for each baseline
• Provide analysis and guidance concerning steps required to remedy checklist items that are not in compliance
• Policy and Procedure Development: Develop Wing and local cyber policy based on USAF and DoD guidance; Tailor current Wing and local cyber policy to encompass newly developed guidance
• Develop an enterprise framework policy enabling considerations for all facets of the Wing and local IT operating environment

**Requirements**
