Our global health team works closely with Federal and world health agencies to promote public health internationally. We work with countries to build health system capacity in order to detect and respond to emerging infectious diseases, terrorism, and natural disasters. Our emergency response teams have deployed to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Africa, the Middle East, and East Asia.

Healthcare Marketing & Training
We provide Healthcare Marketing Engagement and Training, Management Support, and Advisory and Assistance Services to Department of Defense, Health and Human Services, and other agencies. We develop, adopt, deploy, train, and promote proven methodologies, and evaluate outcomes of evidence-based health programs and campaigns that implement Government Health-related policies.
Emergency Response Operations
Our emergency response teams provide scientific and technical resources to address critical public health challenges, working with a diverse set of partners domestically and abroad. We provide early detection, rapid response, preparedness, and capacity-building measures for infectious disease epidemics such as Ebola, COVID-19, Zika, Chikungunya, Dengue Fever, Yellow Fever, and natural disasters.
Grant Management
Our grant management specialists provide financial and technical coordination with state, territorial, and city health agencies to support infectious disease-related birth defects surveillance program implementation. We develop technical guidance, compile statistical information, develop budget analysis reports, and prepare document packages for grantee-related files.
Birth Defect Prevention Research
Currently, about 120,000 babies are born with a birth defect each year in the United States. Our epidemiologists and birth defects research team provides programmatic and scientific support to reduce death and lifelong disabilities as a result of congenital and developmental disorders. We provide health promotion and communication support services, including drafting targeted health education messages for the fortification of flour with folic acid, and developing materials and training activities targeted for Autism Awareness.
We provide genetics and statistical/programming support for projects related to food fortification and neural tube defect surveillance and training in the U.S. and Asia. Our scientific research team provides support for technical and statistical assistance, as well as media messaging for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders.
Opioid Epidemic Technical Assistance
Opioid overdoses claimed 49,000 of the 72,000 drug overdose victims in 2017. We combat the epidemic by supporting states, territories, and city health agencies by leading the triaging of incoming communications and requests from partners, jurisdictions, and public health agency leadership; provide jurisdictional funding technical assistance; analyze and provide recommendations linked to Opioid CoAg problems, issues, or program requirements, and coordinate tactical execution of progress reporting, policy positions, and manage official Grant Management documents for the Federal government.
