We partner with nations to enhance their capacity to detect and respond to emerging infectious diseases, terrorism, and natural disasters. With a proven track record, our emergency response teams have been deployed to regions including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Africa, the Middle East, and East Asia, delivering critical support when it matters most.

G²S emergency response teams deliver scientific and technical expertise to tackle urgent public health challenges, collaborating with diverse partners both domestically and internationally. We specialize in early detection, rapid response, preparedness, and capacity building for infectious disease outbreaks—including Ebola, COVID-19, Zika, Chikungunya, Dengue, and Yellow Fever—as well as natural disaster relief efforts.

Each year, approximately 120,000 babies in the United States are born with a birth defect. At G²S, our epidemiologists and birth defects research team are dedicated to reducing mortality and lifelong disabilities caused by congenital and developmental disorders. We provide comprehensive programmatic and scientific support to advance prevention efforts and improve outcomes.

Our health promotion and communication services include crafting targeted educational messages, such as advocating for flour fortification with folic acid to prevent neural tube defects and developing materials and training activities for Autism Awareness.

Additionally, we offer genetics and statistical programming expertise for projects focused on food fortification and neural tube defect surveillance, extending our support to initiatives both in the U.S. and Asia. Our team also delivers technical and statistical assistance, as well as media messaging, for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder prevention programs.
