Our Customers

CDC - Zika Task Force

G²S Corporation employs Grant Managers supporting a 50 state and territory-wide effort to manage grant programs that involve the emergency Zika Virus response conducted by CDC. We draft technical guidance to grantees to support the objectives for over 50 grantees. We conduct budget review and approval based on objectives and allowable activities listed in the Notice of Funding Opportunity. G²S tracks grantee spending from the Payment Management System.

CDC - Global Health

For the Division of Global Health Protection (DGHP), G²S provides macro-level review of DGHP-appropriated, gift, reimbursable, and emergency funding of $300+ million per year. G²S develops and populates country, branch, and division spend plans reflecting available funding, obligations & commitments, and available balances. Our team assists with preparation of the division’s Federal budget, analyzes spending plans, tracks funds and un-liquidated obligations (ULOS), and maintains extramural resource projections and quarterly spending plans.

Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities

G²S provides enterprise level technical program management support to include security functions IAW 45 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 160 & 164. G²S also coordinates Plans of Action and Milestones for medical systems running on DoD Information Network (DoDIN) to relevant HQ organizations. We provide conference package development and submissions and Information Technology Program Element Monitor functions such as programming and execution of a multi-million dollar budget.

U.S. Army North Financial Audit Management

G²S provides services that facilitate a high state of audit readiness. Services include assessing audit plans strategy, assessing remediation plans, validating business processes, recommending improvements to plans and processes, providing implementation plans, reporting deficiencies to leadership, review standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring financial systems and business procedures controls facilitate audit readiness, implement strategies to reduce/eliminate impediments to audit readiness, facilitate audit readiness, and updating all plans for FIP.
